Teen Vogue Back-To-School

Cosette RinabComment

This past weekend, I had the honor of collaborating with Teen Vogue to host my very own Back-To-School Dorm Room Party! As a Teen Vogue It-Girl, I received everything I could possibly need to start the school year in style from Aeropostale Denim Jackets, Pure Silk Shaving Cream, Cuvee Beauty Hair Spray, ASOS Accessories, endless Teen Vogue issues, and so much more.

I am so grateful for the opportunities I receive as a Teen Vogue IT-Girl, and can't wait for what is to come!

Science Meets Fashion

Cosette RinabComment

In this day and age, it's no secret that science and fashion work together like magic.

Cute clothes? Good.

Supporting science? Also good.

Repping your support for science on cute clothes? Yes, please.

I love this comfy tee from Tees And Tank You that achieves all that with a floral design to top it all off. Check out the tee here along with all their other "spacey" styles aquΓ that are both witty and cute.

Let's break barriers together. ⚑️

Upgrades

Cosette RinabComment

With college only 2 weeks away (WOW), it's normal for people to invest in upgrades- whether it's a new pair of sneakers, some new makeup brushes, or a new laptop. As I use my laptop for notes, I knew it was time to invest in a new one that would last me through college. After all, I needed to make sure I had a laptop that could keep up with catchyenough.com πŸ˜‰.

When I got my new laptop, I needed a new sleeve because Apple likes to mess around with changing the sizes (#rude). Anyways, I searched for the perfect sleeve- one that was protective, stylish and had an extra spot for my adapters and charger.

Suddenly, the overwhelming internet tabs clouding my computer parted ways and I found Bravo Studio Design. Their marble laptop sleeve just spoke to me, in the way laptop sleeves... do.

Anyways, I am so happy to have found the perfect laptop sleeve to start college with. It is well-made, beautifully designed and just all around perfect. If you're in a similar situation looking for the right laptop sleeve, there isn't another sleeve I would recommend!

Midnight Blossom

Cosette Rinab4 Comments

Good morning! This weekend, I'm doing some much-needed unwinding at the beach after a long week of work.  I've also been spending a lot of time mentally decorating my dorm room, so keep an eye out for a dorm-inspo post soon! Also- would just like to point out the fact that I am totally using the fact that I'm going off to college as an excuse to stock up on everything. Beginning with phone cases.

One of the things I take the most pride in is my diverse collection of phone cases. This is part of the reason why I am always so reluctant to get a new phone; giving away my old phone cases is never easy! Ever since I got my new iPhone in December, I've been working on building that collection back up.

Going through so many different phone cases over the years had made me pretty close to an expert. I've been through many cases- from Forever 21 to Amazon to LifeProof and more. My favorite, by far, though are my Richmond & Finch cases. They are the perfect cross between style and protection with unique, classy designs.

Their Midnight Blossom case is literally art on your phone. The details in their designs are so fine-tuned and elegant, they make any look pop!

If you're looking for a protective, stylish case, there is no better case out there. My R&F cases last so long and never fade or get damaged. While they can get a little pricey, it's worth the investment 100%!

And, I can help out with the price- use the code "cosetterinab20" for 20% off your entire purchase!!

Dry Shampoo & Coffee

Cosette RinabComment

The two mysteries of life: Dry Shampoo & Coffee.

If you asked me what two things I would take with me if I were ever to be stuck on an island, there's my answer.

Somehow, Tees and Tank You is always able to read my mind. I mean, seriously. They could not be more on point.

Also- what is my luck in just stumbling upon a flower wall in the middle of Queens? What is this- LA? Just sayin'.

I'm wearing my TATY top with a ripped denim skirt from LF. As you can tell, I am a very happy camper. I love the color of this top (my favorite color is pink, in case you haven't figured that out yet), and the material makes me want to never take it off. Also, what's better than wearing clothes that you can really relate to?!

Head over to Tees and Tank You's website because they just stocked some of the best new designs.

You a sloth lover? Click here.

You an introvert? Look no more.

Waffle lover? Yes, they even have that.

I hope I've proved my point that they have everything. Whiiiiich is why Tees and Tank You is most definitely my favorite store right now.

They also have 20% off orders over $50 right now, free shipping, and everything else that's good in life. Soooo what are you waiting for?

Hey, guys! With this post, I have some exciting news...

I started writing a few weeks back for Odyssey, an online news source for every inspiration, advice, fashion, listicle or literally any topic you might ever be interested in. I became so interested in the idea of contributing to such a large community of writers which is why I was ecstatic when I got the opportunity to be a part of something so big and great.

As I started, my stories were the most personal I've ever written. (Don't get me wrong, I love my fashion- but this was just different). I made my debut with a piece close to my heart about what growing up in the industry is really like. Seeing how much people either related or were genuinely interested in this topic inspired me to keep my pieces personal. My next piece was a little anecdote about how I came across my passion and the obstacles that came with that. Releasing pieces like this just enticed me to keep writing and never stop.

Fast forward a little, I am elated to announce that I have been chosen as The Odyssey at USC's newest Editor in Chief! I am beyond honored to hold this title and fill the large shoes that my incredible predecessor, Megan, left behind. I will continue writing as a creator on The Odyssey, and OF COURSE will still be working on this blog religiously, so don't you worry.

All good things. Only good things.

Fight on!

Interview with Wayfair

Cosette Rinab1 Comment

A little while back, I was scrolling through the bottomless pit of the Internet looking for inspiration for my dorm room next year. The only thing more exciting than going to college for me is decorating my dorm room. Naturally, I ended up on Wayfair, undeniably the best source for furniture like... ever.

The next day, I rolled out of bed and refreshed my email as usual. The first thing sitting at the top of my inbox? An email from Wayfair. My first thought was "I must have left products in my cart and they are following up". But no. It was actually Wayfair asking me for an interview. So, I hopped on it.

Flashforward, if you want to hear my two cents on all things sheets and bed style, this is definitely an article you need to check out. However, not only will you hear my opinions, but also the opinions of nine other LOVELY bloggers that I am very lucky to be along side. Click HERE to check it out!

Shopping Urge

Cosette RinabComment

Whenever I'm alway from home, I have this urge to go shopping. It is probably unhealthy and impractical, but this time my urge led me to these floral overalls. So, maybe it isn't such a bad thing.

In West Palm Beach, Florida, I picked up these overall/romper/whatever you wanna call it- from H&M. I paired it with an off the shoulder flow-y top from Amsterdam Boutique, but if I would have had my entire wardrobe on me instead of just a suitcase, I would have tried a tight cream crop top. The possibilities are endless.

With my romper, since it has hints of black and white, I threw on my bedazzled Adidas SuperStars from the only and only Crystahhled Designs! Check 'em outt... I mean just LOOK at these sneakers shining bright like a diamond.

As the weather is heating up in NYC, I hope you're staying hydrated and cool where ever you may be. I know I just had my last day of school so if you've on the same boat, HAPPY SUMMER!!

XO, BootayBag

Cosette Rinab1 Comment

Hey guys! If you're anything like me, you love monthly subscriptions of just about anything. Magazines, beauty boxes, or underwear. Wait... what??

YEP- it's 2017 and even undergarments come in monthly subscriptions. But I promise- it's not as weird as it sounds.

BootayBag created this revolutionary (to me, at least) thing where you can make an account, choose your size and style and BAM- cute underwear delivered to your door every month.

If you want something to look forward to every month, BootayBag is the thing for you.Β

I'm definitely in love, and I know you will to.

Sorry boys, not for you.Β

PROMMM!!!

FashionCosette RinabComment

Hi guys! Yep- you guessed it. I've been posting a lot on the gram about prom, but haven't gotten the chance to share the details with you guys. Well, here I am!

This past Friday, I had the opportunity to accompany my wonderful friend to his prom and live out my much anticipated prom styling dream. Here are the details.

Just imagine this- there I was- already an hour late to pre-prom- running through the cracked concrete in a pair of Gianvito Rossi when my mom and I suddenly stumble along a red wall. What are the odds? God, I love Manhattan.

My flowy red dress that I love oh-so-much was custom-made and inspired by the dress "Grace of Monaco" by Gucci that Blake Lively slayed in on the red-carpet back in 2014 which proves- fashion is timeless. Except for JNCO jeans. Please don't bring those back.

Blake wins. But then again- when does she not?

Inspired by a Pintrest photo I came across, I knew I wanted to try out a braided up-do. I was half- excited, half- nervous my hair was too short. Well, Nancy at Z Hair really worked her magic that day.

As for my accessories, I wore a black quilted Chanel bag and a black pearled Chanel bracelet cuff. I threw on some pearl earrings to match the cuff and all gold rings because mixing silver and gold is a no-go.

Since prom season is so expensive, I asked my best friend to help me with my makeup look and it was honestly better than any other place could have done it- so don't dismiss the idea of doing your own makeup! Thank you Morgan!

While I wish they were my own, I have to thank my fashion-mentor DINA for the shoes and cuff! You are amazinggg!!!

So happy with the way everything came together and especially thankful I was comfortable to dance all night.

Is your prom coming up? Leave a comment below!

Until next time!
